D250/540 Emiliani and Tecno: New Single-Layer Shapes of Italian Stuffed Pasta

This is why Dominioni has patented new dies for its D250/540 Emiliani and D250/540 Tecno machines that now offer a broad range of shapes and sizes for the production of many products typical of Italian regions.
D250/540 Emiliani is a forming machine suitable for the production of pasta typical of the Emilia region and stuffed pasta with meat, meat-free, ricotta cheese, pumpkin and cheese fillings. D250/540 Tecno features interchangeable dies and works without using portion-making bars. Furthermore, its recipe management system allows changing to the desired pasta shape in the space of minutes.
The new machines and the many dies made available by Dominioni allow obtaining products with a typical hand-crafted appearance. Only a keen eye could distinguish between hand-made ravioli and ravioli made using Dominioni pasta machines.
