DOMINIONI was established in 1966 and has been on the pasta machinery market for more than 40 years. Till the mid-Eighties, retail shops specialised in fresh pasta, workshops, semi-industrialised pasta factories and small family businesses were among its main customers.
The company prestige has increased over time and the owner, Pietro Dominioni, decided to enlarge the range of the fresh pasta machines and include new models, capable of solving any manufacturing issues.
The automated machines for fresh pasteurised and packed pasta, the lines to manufacture noodles and short-cut pasta, the lines manufacturing lasagne, cannelloni, ready meals, regional and international specialties (pelmeni, vareniki, pierogi, manti, empanadas ecc.) are designed and built by skilled staff.
DOMINIONI is a guarantee in this field: thanks to the straightforwardness of the founder and the unchanged passion of the new generations, it has joined a group of large companies that face the future using the appropriate tools and confirm the attained results.
DOMINIONI has recently acquired the TECNOMACHINE brand to develop highly-innovative pasta machinery for more and more demanding users.
