Extruder for the production of small and large-size fresh pasta and dough-sheet. Hourly output: 200/230 Kg

Machine for the production of fresh pasta of different sizes, e.g. maccheroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc., with or without eggs and suitable for being dried. The machine can also produce dough-sheet of any thickness for lasagne, cannelloni and to feed the forming machines. Thanks to the machine flexibility, pasta made of flour or durum wheat flour and special pasta types can be manufactured.

It is composed as follows:
- double kneading tank; the rear electrical tilting tank can continuously produce mixes; stainless steel blade shafts, which can be easily removed and cleaning
- electronic adjustable knife
- cart on wheels
- stainless steel structure
- electrical control cabinet, in compliance with the safety norms
- control panel for all functions
- external independent drive
