Extruder for the production of small and large-size fresh pasta and dough-sheet. Hourly output: 17 Kg

Continuous extruder-mixer for the production of fresh pasta of different sizes, e.g. maccheroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc., with or without eggs and suitable for being dried. The machine can also produce dough-sheet of any thickness for lasagne, cannelloni and to feed the forming machines. Thanks to the machine flexibility, pasta made of flour or durum wheat flour and special pasta types can be manufactured.

It is composed as follows:
- kneading tank for mix production; stainless steel blade shafts, which can be easily removed and cleaned
- blower for pasta pre-drying
- electronic adjustable knife
- base with wheels
- stainless steel structure
- electrical cabinet and function control panel, with safety devices in compliance with the EC norms in force.
Three-phase V220-380 Hz 50 power supply. Special voltage ratings available upon request.
