Extruder with ravioli maker. Automatic combined machine for the production of double-layer ravioli and fresh pasta of different sizes, e.g. maccheroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc., with eggs and suitable for being dried.The machine can also produce dough-sheet of any thickness for lasagne, cannelloni or to feed the forming machines. Thanks to the machine flexibility, pasta made of flour or durum wheat flour and special pasta types can be manufactured.

It is composed as follows:
-double kneading tank; the rear tilting tank can continuously produce mixes;
-blower for pasta pre-drying;
-electronic adjustable knife;
-two-layer ravioli maker with interchangeable dies;
-stainless steel structure;
-electrical cabinet and function control panel, with safety devices in compliance with the EC standards in force.
